Deposits
A deposit is required for all services to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
Canceling or Rescheduling at Least 24 Hours in Advance
To avoid losing your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. With this notice, your deposit may be refunded if you cancel or transferred to your new appointment if you reschedule.
Canceling Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your entire deposit is nonrefundable. However, you may transfer it to a replacement appointment by completing your rescheduling within 48 hours of the cancellation.
The replacement appointment must be booked within that 48-hour window; the service itself does not need to occur within 48 hours. Appointment availability may vary.
If you do not reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your appointment without canceling before the scheduled service time, your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required for any future booking.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Use the cancellation or rescheduling option in your booking confirmation, or contact The Red Theory Studio directly. A request is effective when received, so please retain your confirmation or message for your records.
Studio Cancellations
If The Red Theory Studio cancels your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Refunds & Payment Questions
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. If you have a question about a charge or a concern about your service, please contact the studio promptly so we can review it and work toward a resolution. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this deposit, cancellation, and refund policy.
